We run a non profit kids organisation here in Auckland. Part of the work we are involved in is running kids camp with heaps of children coming from very fragile and poor backgrounds. Social service organisations such as CFYS, Open Home foundation and womens refuge send their children who need a break away from their difficult backgrounds. We have been reaching out to these needy kids for the past 44 years throughout New Zealand. Each school holidays we reach 150 children and youth per week.
We often use our hall for teaching kids life skills and the screen we have was loaned to us approximately 5 years ago. It's an old screen with Tripod legs that has been hanging upside down from the ceiling. We have also painted the back wall on the stage for large projection but often the paint reflects and does not give a clear result when trying to watch a video. We are hoping that through our wish we will be granted a screen that can meet these needs.

With a PC at home my kids could play on it and do homework and stuff and my wife could spend more time on trademe on, so she'd stay happy and they stay happy and then I can rest more cause I'm tired, very, very tired.

As petrol cost is on the climb it is becoming harder to travel to see my kids three hours away and my current cell phone is about to give up. I don't have a computer and have to sit at varsity until they get home and contact them on skype.
With a iPhone 3g I could take them everywhere with me.
